Our custom service begins by helping you to define goals for your on-line presence, and to identify and describe your target audience. You may already have some thoughts about why you want a website, but website planning can help generate new ideas and refine initial ones. You'll spend less money by getting the website right the first time.
Our goal is to create a site that will satisfy you and meet the needs of your customers. Every website we design is unique. As we work with you to complete the Planning Guide, we research many aspects of your particular market. Each section of the Guide focuses on a different part of the project - your target audience(s), your competition, your competitors, and sites that will help you attract your audience.
We also handle site re-design, and can help if you are considering expanding or updating your internet presence.
We work to create an appropriate look and feel for your site. We organize the content so that material is easy to find, and the site is pleasing to navigate. We optimize your pages for the Search Engines during construction, rather than as an afterthought. We plan for easy site maintenance, and ensure that your website is accessible to persons with disabilities. After the site is live we submit it to many of the free Search Engines and can execute a more elaborate or paid inclusion strategy.
Once we have completed the Planning Guide we'll provide you with an estimate and a contract spelling out all the details. At this point we take a 30% deposit of the estimate. Next we generate a sample homepage and content organization for your approval and suggestions. Once we have the go-ahead, we'll code the pages and post the site on our server for final approval. Upon final approval and payment we'll transfer the site to your server and it will belong to you.
If you do not have a server we can arrange web hosting for you. If you let us choose a web host for your site, we'll make sure you have access to site statistics so you can keep track of the effectiveness of your website.
If you would like to update and maintain your own site, we can recommend and set up Content Management Software. There are several inexpensive packages that allow for easy content changes.
If you want we can conduct usability testing on your site.
Attractive Look and Feel With emphasis on visitor satisfaction, we aim for fast loading useful websites thast are easy to navigate.
Accessibility Providing an accessible website is more than a nice gesture to the disabled people who use the internet. It is a US Government requirement for some websites. We complete a Section 508 (of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998) checklist, and accessibility validation on every website. Accessibility is important for people:

Spam is very annoying. One of the most common ways for spammers to get your email address is from your website. We prevent this by encoding your email address, making it possible for real visitors to contact you, but preventing robots from recognizing the link as an email address as described in this Study of Unsolicited Commercial E-mail.
