How do I place an order? · Orders may currently be placed by telephone at (304) 497 2756. We can provide a shipping quote and delivery schedule.

What forms of payment do you accept? · We will accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, as well as a personal or business check in advance. No orders will be shipped COD.

Tell me about Custom Work · Custom work requires consultation with the artist. Phone (304) 497 2756 and we will put you in touch with the artist. In the case of a mantel, for example, you and the craftsman will confer on the size, wood species and desired appearance of the mantel.

A deposit of 30% is required on all custom work. We will furnish a shipping quote and estimated time of job completion before we process the deposit. Once your piece is ready to ship, we will contact you and process the balance of the payment.

Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping

Does the price include shipping? · Prices listed are FOB Renick, WV and do not include shipping or packaging charges. There is a $10 box charge on beam mantels and some tables. There is a custom crate charge on larger pieces such as Farm Tables. There is no handling charge on small items such as kitchen accessories or items costing under $100.

What method of shipping do you use? · The best method of shipping is determined by the dimensions and weight of the order. Smaller items and those weighing less than 170 pounds can be shipped via UPS. Large or heavy items require common carrier, which can be quite reasonable. All we need to provide a shipping quote is your postal code and an estimate can be given when an order is placed.
