Bob Hoffa built this Pennsylvania longrifle in the Berks County, PA style (a 1700's style). Bob handwrought the stock from rescued blistered hard maple found at logging site and discarded by logger.(cast off to rot away).
Extra stock features include a carved cheek rest, relief carving, and brass wire inlay strips bordering the patchbox lid, all topped off by a hand rubbed oil finish. The barrel is 41 1/2" long with a plum brown finish.
The barrel, trigger, cast brass, and lock by Pedersoli of Italy. other parts
