Sometimes called a farm table, this is a classic design in traditional materials. We use a natural oil finish for authentic appearance, and to showcase the wood. The finish on the table top is fortified to resist water marks.

Our Harvest Table can be made of any appalachian wood; including (but not limited to) Chestnut, Quartersawn Oak and Sycamore, Cherry, and Walnut. An optional drawer is available except on very long tables. Drawer width (from 20 to 30 inches) can be specified. Close-up, you can see the fine details of the table leg, and beaded apron. The legs are removeable for shipping, and easy to reassemble.

The "typical" size is roughly 3' wide and 7' long. Smaller tables and premium sizes up to 4' wide and more than 10' long are possible. Each Harvest Table is custom made to your specifications. As with any custom work, there may be a few weeks lead time.

Chestnut

The Chestnut Harvest Table is very popular, made from the best antique, American Chestnut salvaged from old log cabins and barns. These Chestnut tables have a rustic character.

The wood shows it's age, often containing nail or worm holes and iron stains. This Chestnut Closeup is typical of the appearance of Chestnut.

White Oak
